2/17/2008 Either wind ,Rain or both at the same time
Well last week end spoiled me. This week end just disapointed me. Saturday had some of the worst winds I have seen in a while then the rain set in with it. I wanted to participate in the crab trap clean up but the high winds had the tide pushed way up high. It's hard to find unmarked crab traps in deep water. I was hoping for a low tide so we could see the abandond traps on the flats. I know there were a few in Bessie heights, I saw them last week end when the tide was so low. Sunday morning was nice but the wind was was kickin out of the West, Oh well it was nice at the open air Cowboy church this morning, cool but not to cool. If you have never been it's diffrent than the traditonal style church. We have services in a big barn with horses, cats and dogs close by. Western wear is the most prominate but camofloge or bib overalls fit in just fine.
We have a country western band that plays gospel style music. If you get a chance look up the Cowboy church of Orange county, you might be glad you did.
Hopefully we can get some better weather next week and let things settle out.
